IPC Shopping Centre ( formerly known as Ikano Power Centre ) is malaysia’s first shopping centre anchored by IKEA, and the first of many shopping centres in Ikano Retail Asia’s portfolio in South East Asia region. A sub regional Shopping Centre strategically located in the heart of a mixed development of offices, hotel, commercial centres & residential, it serves as the neighbourhood shopping destination for the community, complementing the shopping hub in the district known as Mutiara Damansara Commercial Centre.We opened our doors in December 2003 and today we welcome an average visitation of 15million visitors per year to our Centre.
Johan Speaking Academy is located less than 10 minutes drive from IPC Shopping Centre. When we got invited to speak there, is was a joyous moment for us and the kids. Kids public speaking is a signature program by Johan Speaking Academy. We help kids build their confidence through public speaking.
There were about 25 kids that took the stage and presented well. It was a breakthrough as they were speaking at a well-known shopping mall. Classroom practice is one thing, taking your courage out of the classroom is another thing.

Johan Speaking Academy has trained more than 1000 kids to speak on stage since 2014. The founder Johan is the 2015 Peninsular Malaysia Public Speaking Champion. In year 2015 itself, he represented Malaysia to the World Championship of Public Speaking held at Las Vegas. He finished as the Semi-Finalist.
